Experience Wellington sites under the COVID Protection Framework
Visitors to Experience Wellington sites (age 12+) will need to present their My Vaccine Pass on entry.
City Gallery Wellington, Capital E, Wellington Museum, Space Place, Nairn Street Cottage, and the Cable Car Museum will all be Covid Vaccination Certificate (CVC) sites under the Government’s traffic light system (COVID Protection Framework).
Operating as a CVC site is the best way to keep our team members and visitors safe.
Tamariki under the age of 12 years and three months are not required to show proof of vaccination.
We understand this is a challenging time for visitors. Please respect our staff and understand they must ask for and verify your My Vaccine Pass at point of entry to our sites.
Under the orange setting of the COVID Protection Framework, the following is required:
- Entry will require verification of My Vaccine Pass and NZ COVID Tracer scanning
- Wear a face covering or mask
- Please stay home if you’re unwell
- Please follow the guidance of our staff and signage to keep everyone safe when sharing our spaces.
